Carcasses are generally around 25 - 35 kgs. or 50-70 lbs.
We use local butchers in Shaunavon for processing lamb into convenient cuts.
Grain fed and seasonal grass fed lamb is available.
We completed the Food Safe Farm Practises program to produce lamb that is top quality, safe for the consumer and uses effective management practises.
