  • Local Lamb  available by the half or whole carcass. 
  • Carcasses are generally around 25 - 35 kgs. or 50-70 lbs.
  • We use local butchers in Shaunavon for processing lamb into convenient cuts.
  • Grain fed and seasonal grass fed lamb is available.
  • We completed the Food Safe Farm Practises program to produce lamb that is top quality, safe for the consumer and uses effective management practises.
